DU UG Admissions 2024: Highlights

UG Admissions 2024: Important Dates

• Registration for CSAS 2024 - 12th August 2024 - 20th August 2024
• Submission of Application Form - 16th August 2024 - 20th August 2024
• First Round of Seat Allocation List - 18th August 2024

The University of Delhi (DU) will release the first round of seat allocation for its undergraduate (UG) programs on 18th August 2024.

Candidates who have registered for the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) 2024 will be able to check their seat allocation status on the official website of DU.

To secure admission, candidates will have to accept the allocated seat and pay the admission fee by the stipulated deadline.

DU UG Admission 2024: Documents Required

• Class 10th and 12th mark sheets
• Transfer certificate
• Character certificate
• Migration certificate
• Caste certificate (if applicable)
• Disability certificate (if applicable)

DU UG Admission 2024: Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have passed Class 12th from a recognized board with a minimum of 50% marks.
• Candidates belonging to the SC/ST category are eligible for a 5% relaxation in the minimum marks criteria.
• Candidates who have appeared for the Class 12th exam in 2024 are also eligible to apply.

DU UG Admission 2024: Application Process

1. Visit the official website of DU.
2. Click on the "UG Admissions 2024" link.
3. Register yourself by providing your basic details.
4. Fill out the application form and upload the required documents.
5. Submit the application form and pay the application fee.

The University of Delhi (DU) will conduct the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) for admission to its undergraduate programs from the academic year 2022-23 onwards.

CUET will be a compulsory entrance exam for admission to all central universities and participating state universities.

The NTA will conduct CUET in two phases – Phase 1 from July 15 to August 10, 2022, and Phase 2 from August 12 to August 14, 2022.
